As the evenings get cooler, our flavours get cosier. This autumn we are bringing three new favourites to the cabinet.

Roasted pistachio

Sicilian pistachios, roasted in small batches and stone-ground into a deep green paste. Nutty, rich and a little salty.

Salted caramel swirl

Butter caramel cooked until amber, folded through vanilla gelato with a pinch of sea salt from the Algarve.

Spiced apple sorbet

Fresh apple, cinnamon and a hint of clove. Completely dairy free and tastes like a warm crumble, only cold.

All three are in the shop from this week, and in our freezer-packed delivery boxes too.
